MetaBunny

Privacy policy · September 2026

Your inbox is yours.

When you join the Y1 update list, MetaBunny stores the information needed to send product, availability, Kickstarter, and future purchase updates.

What we collect

We collect your email address, your optional purchase preference, an approximate country code supplied by our hosting network, the signup location on this site, signup time, referring page, and campaign parameters included in the link you used. We do not store your IP address in the Y1 signup list.

How we use it

We use this information to understand interest in Y1 and contact you about product launches, availability, shipping, Kickstarter, and direct purchasing from MetaBunny.

Advertising analytics

The Meta Pixel library loads when you open a public page, which connects your browser to Meta to download its script and configuration. Unless you previously selected “Essential only,” advertising measurement is enabled by default and a page-view event is sent on arrival. We use Meta Pixel to measure page visits, successful Y1 update signups, and outbound Kickstarter clicks. Meta may receive the page URL, referring page, browser and device information, network information, and the event you completed. Meta processes that information under its own privacy policy. We do not send the email address entered in our Y1 form to Meta Pixel. You can choose “Essential only” from Cookie choices to stop future advertising events. This does not undo events already sent, and your choice is remembered in this browser when local storage is available.

Website behavior analytics

If you select “Accept analytics” in Cookie choices, we use Microsoft Clarity on the Y1 landing page to understand page activity, time on page, scrolling, clicks, and interactions with our signup and Kickstarter buttons. Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays reconstructed from page interactions, not camera recordings. It may receive the page URL and campaign parameters, referring page, browser and device information, network information, and interaction data.

Clarity does not load before your choice to accept. A previous Meta-only consent is not treated as consent to Clarity. We mask signup forms and do not send your email address, form contents, or a personal visitor identifier as Clarity events or custom tags. We do not enable Microsoft advertising storage. Clarity is not loaded on admin, sign-in, or local development pages. A Global Privacy Control signal also prevents Clarity from loading.

You can select “Essential only” through Cookie choices to stop future Clarity collection and withdraw analytics storage consent. Previously sent data is not undone by this choice. Clarity is provided by Microsoft and processes data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Some visits may not be measured because of privacy choices or browser blocking.

Your choices

You may ask us to remove your email or correct your information at any time by contacting rocky@metabunnyoem.com. We may update this policy as the store and mailing tools are introduced.
